Keto Key Lime Bars

Are you looking for a refreshing keto dessert to bring to your next summer BBQ? One thing that I always do is bring a keto dessert my family loves when we are invited to a BBQ. Being able to enjoy a dessert helped me stay on the keto diet for 20 years. I do not feel deprived when I get to enjoy delicious food like these Keto Key Lime Bars!

I saved a few pieces of the Key Lime Bars and I made Keto Key Lime Bar Ice Cream! Stay tuned for that delicious keto dessert recipe!

I also wanted to mention that a Facebook fan asked me what happened to my aStore. I told her that Amazon.com no longer does aStores which is why I made a helpful list of healthy keto products that I love (like organic butter-flavored coconut oil) and also the supplements that I approve of. What can I do to make this nut-free?

  • Paulette Nelson says:

Just made your Reuben soup for the 3rd time, don’t think I’ll ever tire of it, it just hits the spot. I double the recipe each time. Thank you so much.

  • Can’t wait to try making this. 🙂

I have not been able to print this recipe. No matter what I try, it goes dark when I press print. I have not had this problem with your other recipes.

    • Maria Emmerich says:

Sorry about that. I just tried and it worked for me. Maybe try a different browser like chrome. 🙂

Can I use lime juice from fresh limes? Would the result be the same? Love your recipes!

  • DeltaErin says:

Wow Maria these are soooo delicious!! I love the tart/sweet flavour – and they’re fabulous warm or cold. Thank you!!! 💕😋

  • Marva says:

Absolutely love all your recipes I’ve tried. Your recipes are a feast for the eyes then the tummy. Thank you. I do get a little confused whether to use granulated Swerve or confectioners since I’m not familiar with its properties during baking and cooking process. Can you provide some insight on which one to use in different types of cooking techniques?

    • Maria Emmerich says:

Thank you!! You can sub either Swerve as they are the same ingredients. Confectioners is just finer so good for when you want a smoother texture like frosting, etc. 🙂

  • Tami Arnold says:

These are so delicious! I made them with lemon juice since I was out of lime for my brother in laws birthday and added some whipped cream to the top to try and mimic the lemon cake the non Keto people were eating. My kids said it was the best thing I’ve made yet! Thank you!!

  • Teri says:

These are pretty good although too sweet for me and hubby who have been keto for about a year now. I will definitely make again but cut the sweetener by 1/2. Thank you Maria for all you do. Just bought two of your cookbooks and am excited to dig in to them!
