Carnivore Sheet Pan Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredients
CARNIVORE PANCAKES:
- 12 large eggs
- 3/4 cup unflavored Equip Prime Protein powder (or vanilla Equip Prime Protein)
- 9 tablespoons Further Food gelatin
- 1 teaspoon Redmond Real salt
TOPPINGS:
- 8 slices sugar free bacon cooked
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 pound ButcherBox breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
OPTIONAL:
- Allulose pancake syrup Click HERE
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 10.5 by 15.5 inch rimmed baking sheet. Set aside.
- Place all of the ingredients for the carnivore pancakes in a food processor or blender and combine until very smooth.
- Place the pancake batter into the greased baking sheet. Top the pancake batter with slices of cooked bacon, raw eggs and cooked breakfast sausage.
- Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the pancake batter is cooked though and the raw eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Remove from the oven and top with allulose syrup if desired.
- Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. To reheat, place slices on a rimmed baking sheet in a 300 degree F oven for 3 minutes or until heated through.
