Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 10.5 by 15.5 inch rimmed baking sheet. Set aside.
  • Place all of the ingredients for the carnivore pancakes in a food processor or blender and combine until very smooth.
  • Place the pancake batter into the greased baking sheet. Top the pancake batter with slices of cooked bacon, raw eggs and cooked breakfast sausage.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the pancake batter is cooked though and the raw eggs are cooked to your liking.
  • Remove from the oven and top with allulose syrup if desired.
  • Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. To reheat, place slices on a rimmed baking sheet in a 300 degree F oven for 3 minutes or until heated through.
