This year, New Years Eve isn’t going to be like past years. Most likely I will be hanging out with my kids, playing games and eating these Zero Carb Nachos! If you are looking for a guilt-free recipe to make for your New Years Eve, you must get a BIG BAG of the Carnivore Crisps Chicken Breast Chips and make a huge plate of these keto nachos!
Is my recipe totally zero carb? No, but the keto chips are! You also can certainly skip the tomato sauce in the ground beef and salsa to make this keto nacho recipe zero carb!
My FAVORITE topping to my zero carb nachos is my brown butter cheese fondue!
Carnivore Crisps reminds me of a flavorful chip! A zero carb chip filled with nutrients!
If you didn’t know, Craig made an amazing, eye-opening chart on nutrients and where they are found!
I had a few family members criticize me for not eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and that I needed to get more vitamins and minerals instead of eating a steak. I kindly helped educate them where the most nutrients come from and that my steak had more vitamins and minerals than the broccoli they were consuming.
Check out how beef and organ meat blow kale and blueberries off the chart!
I love Carnivore Crisps SO much! Not only because I love supporting kind small business owners, I LOVE them because they are delicious AND they are perfect for camping or traveling!

TESTIMONY OF THE DAY
Our sweet Bella LOVES Carnivore Crisps just as much as we do! We had her potty trained in NO TIME because she would get a Carnivore Crisp when she would go!
Greetings,
I’ve heard you say to count total carbs and not be fooled by subtracting fiber to get net carbs. Can you tell me why?
Thanks,
Linda
Because too many Keto products use things like soluble corn fiber and inulin to high what is essentially sugar in fiber. And it works better to count total carbs. 🙂

I love this! Thank you so much for finding chips for nachos! I’ve already placed my order and am so excited to try them!
Thank you!
Hi Maria,
I am not new to the ketogenic diet, but am new to you. I received your cookbook for Christmas. When a recipe calls for “full-fat coconut milk” is it sweetened or unsweetened? I am assuming unsweetened but want to be sure. Thanks.
Unsweetened in a can. Like Thai kitchen. 🙂
Thanks! I did see Thai Kitchen online grocery shopping after messaging you and thought, “I bet that’s the one!” 😉
At last, a healthy snack- but not really in my budget!! 😫. Why are healthy things so expensive? Ugh
Also, I can’t find anything saying the size of the bag. Do you know?
The chicken chips bag is 3.75 ounces.
Are the Carnivore Crisps basically jerky? How can they be crispy?
Thanks! (By the way – Love you and your books!!!)
No, they are crispy like a potato chip. Really good! Thanks!! 🙂
Oh boy, what a find! I ordered 2 small packages to try after seeing your post. They arrived today and we made nachos for dinner tonight. Delicious. Game changer for this nachos girl! I microwaved the cheese, but I think I will try them under the broiler next time. Thanks for the recommendation! Off to buy some more.
Thanks! We love them too! 🙂
