Protein Sparing Snickerdoodle Pudding

This protein sparing Snickerdoodle pudding will BLOW YOUR MIND!

Everyone is going wild for my hard boiled egg pudding! People around the World are tagging me on Instagram of their photos of my hard boiled egg pudding. It warms my heart to see everyone loving the protein pudding!

To make this protein sparing pudding even easier, I used scrambled egg whites instead of hard boiled egg whites. This way, you don’t have a bunch of hard boiled yolks wasted.

I decided to make my Egg pudding even healthier for my family by adding a few scoops of Further Foods collagen!

What a GREAT breakfast if you are sick of scrambled eggs!

HEALTH BENEFITS OF COLLAGEN:

  1. Can help with skin elasticity and aging. This means when losing a lot of weight it can help the skin shrink better, reduce wrinkles and cellulite
  2. It can help strengthen hair and reduce hair loss
  3. Improves joint health
  4. Builds bone strength
  5. Contains 18 amino acids that help muscle and ligament repair and recovery
  6. Contains glycine that helps with immune system health and helps with digestion

    Hello Maria!
Really wanted to try this snickedoodle pudding, but struggling to find collagen, or I have found a few companies that make them but are toowoomba expensive! Like no point making price! Lol.
So can I use a substitute like beef gelatine or psyllium husk, not even sure if they are a correct substitute. Please help?
    Thank you

    Good afternoon,
My liquid egg whites, in a carton, show 10 servings per container ( 3 Tbsp), so I would scramble the whole container, chill it then add the remainder of the ingredients? I love your recipes, and can’t wait to try it… I am sick of eggs, as is my 21-year-old son! Thanks, Nancy

Can you tell me the measurement formula for using just liquid egg whites and almond milk instead of whole or boiled eggs and cream? I bought the egg whites just for this but now can’t figure it out :0

  • Andrew Carpenter says:

Made this tonight. Great consistency — will see how it tastes for breakfast!

Maria!! This pudding is legit, it tastes just like a snickerdoodle cookie!! Thank you for all you and Craig do to keep us fed and healthy. I cringe when people tell me they are doing keto and not following your program. Cheers!

    Hey!!!
At the bottom of the notes~the P:E ratio 10.0~what does this mean? I’m so new and saving up for your plan you messaged me!

  • Beth says:

Hi Maria – curiosity question. Why is the recipe just using the egg whites? And if I can use both yolk and white, how many total eggs? Thank you kindly. Love your website!

    • Maria Emmerich says:

This is a “protein sparing” or “pure protein day” recipe so lower in fat to improve weight loss results. 🙂
You can use the whole eggs if you like, it would just be higher in fat.

  • Cair Coulter says:

How much, in tablespoons, is three scoops of collagen?

  • Tracy says:

I love this recipe, but I went to the doctor and my Vitamin D levels are below 19. Would using the whole egg in this recipe make that big of a difference in the taste?

  • Lisa Harris says:

If you used the whole hard boiled eggs – instead of just the white – would you use less of them in the recipe in order to account for the dryness they would create?

  • Gina Donza says:

Loved it!!! I used half the amount of almond milk as recommended on FB and unflavored Vital Protein Collagen. I increased the vanilla to 1 tsp to make up for the missing flavor in the collagen. I added a little extra cinnamon and swapped out the swerve for dark brown sugar swerve. I liked it better than the original chocolate one. So good!!! Thanks Maria!

  • Mira Longobardo says:

Good morning Maria! This snickerdoodle pudding is the bomb! I can’t get enough lol. It is truly decadent. Thank you so much
