Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf PSMF Bread cut into crouton shapes
  • 4 tablespoons bacon fat or butter
  • 3 tablespoons fresh herbs chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the bacon fat or butter in a saute pan on medium heat until slightly brown, add the herbs, garlic and bread pieces to coat. Place buttery croutons on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy. Let cool and enjoy!

“I have tried so many diets in the past. I will admit I was one to be fooled into thinking that the popular “low fat” diet was the way to go. I can certainly agree with you and say that it’s not!
