Maria, did I recently read a blog about your husband and Lyme’s disease? I have been reading wonderful things about using stevia as a remedy that works better and kills more of the bacteria that causes it than the antibiotics do. Just wondering if you have tried this? My friend is using the stevia on her dog who was diagnosed with the Lyme’sand is noticing vast improvements. You are both in my prayers.

A Shame so many people are inconsiderate in walking in front of recording equipment…
For other videos I would suggest that the camera be focused and zoom in ON the screen. Even on my computer Full screen the information was not easily seen on the wall screen. A louder microphone was needed to offset that problem. Wish I could have been there personally to enjoy the lecture. I am thankful I have the Keto book as well as most of the other books to be able to understand what exactly he is trying to explain. We do not need to see the whole stage area just the SCREEN.

I think its just a matter of eating as much veggies as possible, Dr Wahls has success in using coconut oil to allow more carbs from veggies while staying in ketosis.

Yes, insulin is a very important hormone. But chronically elevated insulin is a big problem. I don’t think we need more carbs to arbitrarily elevate insulin.
Listened to some more. She says that ketogenic diets don’t spare protein which is completely contrary to what the science shows. Paleo Mom has been on a anti-ketogenic diet crusade. We chase results and what works and this works. And science backs it also.

Thank you for all of the great information you provide to help others achieve better health. I enjoyed both of your presentations at Ketocon! I have a question regarding the representation of nutrient density. Most charts I have seen compare nutrients per 100g regardless of the type of food. There is a big difference between 100g of spinach, 100g of nuts, and 100g of beef. Wouldn’t it be a better basis of comparison to use serving size? One of Craig’s charts (comparing fruits and meat) has serving size as a header, but when he talked about it, he said 100g. Did he misspeak or is the chart incorrectly titled?
I have done the charts with servings size and also with equal calories and they don’t change much. Thanks! 🙂
