Keto Chocolate Mug Cake

I usually never make mug cakes because they always contain nut flours like almond flour and I personally do not eat almond flour anymore. So when I was creating a keto mug cake, it not only had to have perfect ingredients, I also wanted it to be the best tasting mug cake!

HOW TO MAKE KETO CHOCOLATE MUG CAKES

I used Equip Prime chocolate protein to make my mug cakes! Oh it is so good!

I love that my minute mug cakes are packed with protein! Perfect for a breakfast for kids or adults!

Equip Prime Protein powder is an all-natural, comes from 100% grass-fed beef protein powder. No fillers, no additives, no chemicals and it is so delicious! It works perfect for making my keto peanut butter cups!

TESTIMONY OF THE DAY

Doesn’t Felicia look AMAZING? She lost 138 pounds! I am SO proud of her ❤️
“My KETO journey started in January  2021. I started out at approximately 300 lbs.  (162 lbs now)  Only with the help of Maria Emmerich and Craig Emmerich and Maria’s recipes have I been able to maintain this weight loss. I had lost 100 lbs three different times in my life  and always gained it back….plus some.
This post is just to remind others that this WOE (way of eating) really does work. I read and reread their books. I found out that I really can’t  incorporate dairy and nuts in my diet. They cause a lot of inflammation. So I am primarily Carnivore now (love their new cookbook! Carnivore for Weight Loss).
Being free from all that extra weight is absolutely amazing.  Fitting into seats at theaters and not needing seat belt extenders in cars or on air planes are just added benefits!
My energy level is through the roof! 😀
As always I want to thank Maria and Craig for freely sharing their knowledge with us.  May you receive many Blessings for all you have done.  You have helped so many people.  You truly helped me do what I thought was impossible! 💞” Felicia

The video says 1 scoop of Equip. Written recipe says 2. Which is correct?????????

  • Karen says:

No sweetener in mentioned in the written recipe. I made without and it definitely needs sweetener. Thanks!

  • Deb says:

Is it one or two scoops of equip? The recipe says 2 scoops but the video says 1 scoop. How much sweetener do you add? The video says add sweetener but there is none listed in the written recipe here? Thanks

  • Darby says:

Is there a carnivore substitute that would replace the coconut flour?

  • Darby says:

Is there a more carnivore substitute for the coconut flour? Maybe egg white powder?
    Thank you!

    Hi Maria,
I made this recipe and it was great! The first one I ate warm and the second one I ate a day later after I had refrigerated it and it surprisingly tasted better cold. It was rich and chewy and didn’t give off any of the flavor of coconut flour that the freshly cooked one did. I’m not a big fan of coconut, lol. Thank you for all you do to help people eat right. I just recently received two of your cookbooks and I’m excited to try your pizza recipe for our Friday Lent meal. God bless you, Craig and your handsome boys.

I just made this for my 8 year old son for his nightly snack and he loves it. My other kids came down and asked for one. Thanks for this easy recipe. Kid tested, mom approved.
