Keto Chocolate Mug Cake

I usually never make mug cakes because they always contain nut flours like almond flour and I personally do not eat almond flour anymore. So when I was creating a keto mug cake, it not only had to have perfect ingredients, I also wanted it to be the best tasting mug cake!

HOW TO MAKE KETO CHOCOLATE MUG CAKES

Keto Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup allulose (or more to desired sweetness)
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Equip Protein Powder (or other flavor like peanut butter)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon Redmond Real salt
  • Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Spray to grease mugs

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir well to combine. 
  • Grease 2 large mugs. Divide the mixture evenly into each mug.
  • Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds or until cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Best served fresh.
