I have GREAT NEWS! I just made an easy recipe for Cinnamon Toast Crunch made healthy!

Growing up, we always had Cinnamon Toast Crunch for breakfast!

My recipe for Easy Protein Sparing Cereal tastes just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch!

To make my easy protein packed cereal, I used cinnamon egglife wraps made into little small square to resemble Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal!

The texture and the flavor of my easy protein sparing cereal recipe really took me by surprise! Even my boys gobbled my recipe up and I had to make another batch!

Easy Protein Sparing Cereal

Ingredients
  

FOR SERVING:

  • unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened hemp milk if nut free

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 300 degrees. Place a piece of parchment onto a rimmed baking sheet. Set aside.
  • Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the egglife wraps into small 1/4 inch square pieces. Place the small egglife pieces onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread out in a single layer.
  • Spray with avocado oil spray and sprinkle with natural sweetener.
  • Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely egglife cereal bites crisp up.
  • Serve with unsweetened almond milk if desired.
  • Store in airtight container for up to 7 days.
