HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE HOT FUDGE

To make my Easy Protein Hot Fudge sauce, I used chocolate Equip Prime Protein powder!

I love Equip Prime Protein powder so much, I even pack it in my carry on with me when I travel! I am in LOVE with it! It helped me get quality protein when I was on a 36 hour flight to Bali!

Equip protein powder works great for making recipes like my protein-packed keto hot fudge sauce. I used the chocolate Equip. Equip Prime Protein powder is an all-natural, comes from 100% grass-fed beef protein powder! No fillers, no additives, no chemicals and it is so delicious!

Hi Maria. I’m hoping you will answer since you are a keto expert. I am finding as are some friends that erythritol upsets my stomach and I read you shouldn’t have too much of it. I don’t like the flavors of so many of the other substitutes. Swerve seems to be the best. What have you found for bear flavor for desserts and doesn’t harm you? Thank you.

      A question about Vitamin B –
if urine is bright yellow, does this mean your body has sufficient amounts it should be discontinued?

      • Maria Emmerich says:

Since this is a protein-forward way of eating, usually vitamin B supplementation isn’t necessary. So it depends on your current diet.

    • Dmarie says:

But does bright yellow urine signal you have sufficient amounts?
      Thank you

      Hi Maria,
I just made this chocolate sauce and followed it EXACTLY as it is written. I appreciate your videos very much as they provide valuable visuals as to how to go about making it. I did the same exact thing with your Best Protein Ice Cream recipe (vanilla). SOOOOO GOOD!

I also want to take this opportunity to thank you once again for all that you and Craig do. There’s so much on your site for free for all of us to benefit. It is very evident how much you guys actually DO CARE for people and you care about really helping as many people as possible to discover the immense benefits of a low carb/keto/carnivore way of life!

Lastly, thank you for sharing your updated information in the comments section about how you no longer recommend Swerve since now they’ve begun to add unnecessary ingredients like tapioca starch. Why? Why ruin a perfectly perfect product and adulterate it with such inferior ingredients? So frustrating! I did check on Amazon & sure enough, you read in the ingredients label, “potato starch and natural flavors” (we know what that means). I’m so bummed but grateful you mentioned this. I will no longer be purchasing Swerve. And now I need to also tell my mom in law to stop buying it as well. I’m so annoyed. Thank you for informing us of this.

With warm regards and much appreciation.

      P.S.
      Ooops… Sorry, I meant to ask you…
What’s the best way to store this superbly yummy chocolate sauce? THANK YOU
