Creamsicle Push Pops
TESTIMONIES of the DAY
Phone Client Testimony: “Maria, I just wanted to tell you I finally hit 145 today. These last 10 pounds are taking a long time…Thank you for your coaching me and for the encouragement.
Next goal is 140. I can do 10 boy push-up now in a row. I could barely to 1 girl pushup a few months ago!” Terri
Keto Cleanse Testimony: “I just finished the 7 day Keto Cleanse. I followed the plan, took the supplements but didn’t get exercise completed everyday due to foot injury. I’m happy to report a loss of 11.6 pounds. I plan on repeating the 7 day Keto cleanse again but wonder how often I can do it. Thanks!!!!!” – Kim

Did you know the vanilla bean comes from a flower? Yep, the stem of the orchid.
People often think that you need to eat tons of fruits and veggies to get the nutrients you need. But what is really interesting is that with a ketogenic diet, you produce less free-radicals compared to the typical American diet.
What I like to emphasize even more is that using herbs and spices, such as the vanilla bean, you load your cells up with more vitamins and minerals than an orange!

Here is a video of making this recipe (I make a double batch in the video).
Find this recipe in my new Quick & Easy Ketogenic Cooking Cookbook!
Thank you for your love and support!
You and the boys should always make recipe videos! Loved the demonstration! Thanks.
Thank you!
Thanks…yummy for summer.
Would a dairy free cream cheese such as coconut cream and lemon juice work here do you think?
Yes, you can use a coconut milk based cream cheese. 🙂
Yes, the optional to sub for cream cheese is coconut cream.:)
maria, thanks for all you do. you are an inspiration. hugs
Thank you!
Love creamsicles and the weather warming up this will be a nice treat. I am allergic to almonds if not cooked, not a big fan of coconut cream, do you have a suggestion on what else can I use? Thanks again for the recipe!
Maria you and the kids are awesome I love to see these vedios very often
Thanks!
Love the video! They are so helpful, and The kids are adorable!
Thanks!
Super cute video (especially the outtakes!) Lol. Could this recipe be frozen into icecube trays then processed in my vitamix for “icecream” ya think? Any reason why not?
Thanks! I think that should work. 🙂
Ugh just posting again so I get notified for your reply.
Just realized the recipe in your kids’ cookbook calls for 1 juiced orange. This video/recipe uses extracts & oils…thank you! I can’t think of the last time I had an orange in the house. Lol
Yes, I think this recipe is much better. 🙂
The very last part of the video is hilarious!! I have one 6-year old and patience really is a virtue 🙂
Enjoy them and have fun, they are adorable!
🙂
You used to have push pop molds in your store, but now I can’t find them!
WwooowWheee.. this is some SWEET stuff! I will be cutting the sweetners waaay back next time. Now I’m just trying to figure out how to salvage it for eating/cut the sweetness. Hmmmm. However, I can report that this recipe held up nicely to my vitamix and flaked the icecubes well. Adding an extra 2-4 TB of almond milk in the vitamix brings all the ice flakes into softserve icecream form with a good rubber spatula.
Check out the Stevia you used. There is Stevia glycerite. And then there is liquid Stevia, which is a whole different animal. The Stevia glycerite is used by the teaspoonfuls, and liquid Stevia is used by the “drop”. It makes a big difference.
Can we use erythritol in place of Swerve? It says something about **to keep it soft** next to the Swerve, so I wasn’t sure if there’s something in Swerve needed to keep it soft. Thank you!
That was a typo. I fixed it. Yes you can use erythritol. 🙂
Maria, I’ve been searching but can’t seem to find what you eat yourself daily as your 2 meals, that would be an AWSOME video (or blog post) to show what your personal meals are in a day
Beth H.- what about the new Cashew milk? I just made these and forgot both the stevia glycerine and salt, oops! The flavor was great, I might use 1/2 to 1 T. Less sweet er next time myself tho, will that change it too much do u think Maria?
The unsweetened cashew milk is a good option. 😉
Maria, what do you think about Hemp milk? I am thinking of switching from almond milk to hemp milk and wondered if there are any benefits or drawbacks we should know about? Thanks!
It is an ok option as long as it doesn’t have added sugar. 🙂
Thank you for your response. Yes, I mean unsweetened of course. But is it any better or worse than almond milk, with regard to omega 3 to 6 ratio, and fat & protein content? Also I usullay make my own almond and hemp milk with raw almonds and raw organic hemp seeds. Both are so much fresher and tastier than buying cartons at the grocery store. It’s just that almonds are becoming so expensive and hemp milk is so incredibly economical when homemade. If Hemp milk is only any OK option, then why are you saying almond and cashew are better options? Does hemp milk have detrimental properties I should be aware of?
Nutritionally they are very similar and both great options. Hemp doesn’t have any issues that I know of. 😉
Can you comment on your liquid ratios, please? In the video you have 8 oz cream cheese to 2 cups almond milk, but on this printed page if you double the recipe, the almond milk would be 2 1/2 cups.
Either would work. Less almond milk will make them a bit creamier and more flavorful. 🙂
Thanks! I’m going thick & creamy. 🙂
Hwy Maria, i am celebrain today, Amazon sent me a notification your cookbook is finally being shopped to me 🙂 Question. …. What kind of orange oil do you use
Awesome! Thanks! I haven’t used orange oil but have used this extract. 🙂

I just made these and I drank what didn’t fit in the molds. So so good! I doubled the recipe, used 2 tsp of the orange flavoring from Frontier brand and 50-60 drops of orange essential oil. A-mazing! Thank you so much.
Thanks sweetie!
Thanks Maria. I’m making these for my GD when she comes next week. We will make them together!
PS, oh my goodness your hair is beautiful and the boys are such cuties!
Thank you!!!
how do you keep them from running through the molds??? They have holes
Mine don’t. You put the bottom in before filling.
Those boys are adorable!
Thank you!!!
Made these today for National Creamsicle Day…they were really good! Cute video too!! Thanks
