I thought these would be fun for a Halloween party! They are scary looking, but sure are tasty!
Avocado Deviled Eggs
10 hardboiled eggs, peeled and sliced length-wise
1 TBS Organic Mayo or homemade Baconnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp hot pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 small avocado
Red pepper for garnish (or baby cherry tomato halves)
Remove yolks from egg halves (use for another recipe or to top a salad). In a bowl mix together all ingredients. Spoon an equal amount into each of the egg halves. Top each with a baby tomato half. Enjoy.

I tried guacamole once and I hated it… but I want to give Avocado a try again so I just bought. I want to try this recipe because I love eggs… my question is: do you mix the yolks also with all the other ingredients and then you just stuff the whites? I’m guessing that’s what you do, but I just want to make sure… thanks!
