I immediately went to your Amazon store when I saw this this morning and ordered it! Thank you for writing this book, Maria. I love all your cookbooks and use them all the time.

I bought some avocados just the other day. I’ve been meaning to try that chocolate pudding recipe that uses them and today’s the day.

I hope you continue to develop your “healthified” recipes and keep writing cookbooks.

This is awesome! Thanks Maria, you sold me 🙂

  • Hey this looks good and I really want to order. Is there anyway possible I could get this except amazon?

  • Congrats on the book!!! It sounds amazing! I’ll definitely need to check that one out. 🙂

  • Suzanne says:

I just got my copy of your savory book – it looks wonderful, Maria! I’d really like to make the popovers but I can’t eat whey or casein. Can you recommend any other protein powders I could try?

  • Heather Pace says:

Hey again Maria – I tried ordering but it won’t ship to where I am in Canada and can’t get an actual book from Amazon.ca. Can I order it right from you?

  • Anonymous says:

I just ordered mine – plus your SWEETS cookbook, too! AND both versions of Low Carbing with Friends. Can’t wait to get them!

Maria, your recipes are awesome! Thank you for sharing!

I got both The Art of Healthy Eating Savory and Sweets the other day. I love both. There are so many recipes I can’t wait to try. I did make the Broccoli Bake (but used cauliflower – don’t like broccoli) it was so good. Remined me of one of those “impossible pies”. I will make it with ham and cauliflower next time. I see a lot of uses for this. Pretty easy and delish!
