HOW TO MAKE PROTEIN ICE CREAM CONES
To make these yummy protein Ice Cream Cones, I used vanilla Equip Prime Protein.
Do not skip the Equip in this recipe; it helps makes the ice cream cones a delicious flavor and gives the cones structure.

Protein Ice Cream Cones

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Further Food gelatin
- 1 scoop Vanilla Equip Protein Powder (or other flavor like chocolate!)
- Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Spray
OPTIONAL ADDITION:
- 3 tablespoons erythritol (helps make the cones crispy)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Place all of the ingredients in a mini food processor or blender and combine until very smooth.
- Heat a waffle cone maker to medium high heat. Once hot, spray with avocado oil spray and pour the 1/8th of batter into the skillet to make ice cream cones (you will get about 5 cones). Cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Remove from the waffle cone maker, roll around a cone shape and allow it to cool around the cone shape. Repeat with additional cooking spray and batter.
- Place the cones onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until crispy.
