Protein Ice Cream Cones

OPTIONAL ADDITION:

  • 3 tablespoons erythritol (helps make the cones crispy)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  • Place all of the ingredients in a mini food processor or blender and combine until very smooth.
  • Heat a waffle cone maker to medium high heat. Once hot, spray with avocado oil spray and pour the 1/8th of batter into the skillet to make ice cream cones (you will get about 5 cones). Cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Remove from the waffle cone maker, roll around a cone shape and allow it to cool around the cone shape. Repeat with additional cooking spray and batter.
  • Place the cones onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until crispy.
