Paleo Magazine: Best Of 2016 Nominations

I am more than excited to have such an amazing response and testimonies come from my cookbook: Quick and Easy Ketogenic Cooking cookbook! Every day I get emails and testimonies on how people were stuck and no longer losing weight trying keto.  Then they start the cleanse and the weight starts to fall off!  I would be honored if you took a moment of your day to vote for my book! Make sure to vote early and vote often as every vote counts! Paleo Magazine: Best Of 2016 Nominations

This cookbook is not only full of amazing recipes that even a beginner chef like me can use and enjoy, it’s full of very useful information for health and well being! As a mother of 4, crohns sufferer, this has really helped my life!

I’m so happy for you! This is my best keto book. But on the other side, I have all of your books! Thank you for making my keto life easier.

  • Lynn P says:

Love your books and have many of them. I have a question…I recently saw a recipe for making glassy nuts where you blanch raw nuts, coat with powdered sugar and deep fry. I want to try with powdered swerve, but wonder if there is a risk of high heat with the product? Would love to hear your opinion.

  • Ann says:

MARIA ! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR SITE ! THERE IS SOMETHING UP THAT SAYS IT WAS HACKED !

  • Mary says:

Congratulations Maria! I love your books. I am making some recipes from your Ketogenic Cleanse book and a lot of them call for sauerkraut and I can’t find any in the store without sweeteners. I saw on an earlier blog that you had a recipe for Sauerkraut in your Ketogenic Cookbook but I don’t see it. Can you please tell me where to find it? Thank you!

  • Mary says:

Please disregard my previous post. I found it in the quick and easy book rather than the Ketogenic cookbook. Congratulations again!

  • Donna knipfer says:

Maria…this is my favorite of all your books, (I have them all). The recipes are easy and I’m really enjoying cooking more. The book is also packed with great information and your personal stories. Thank You.

  • Michael says:

Maria I just got this book and am trying the deep fried ravioli with pruciutto. My question is I mixed the ingredients with mascarpone cheese and everything is still very liquidy that it’s like pouring liquid and won’t bulk in the pruicuitto. Should I add corn starch to it so that it bulks up more and won’t just drip out?

    • Maria Emmerich says:

Hmm, must have gotten one of the measurements wrong. Definitely not corn starch. Maybe a little coconut flour. Or more mascarpone.
