Light and Fluffy Carnivore Waffles
If you love my carnivore bagel recipe, then you will love these waffles!
During the carnivore challenge this past January, a friend who was doing the challenge, suggested that I try making a waffle with the batter from the carnivore bagel recipe and guess what? It worked great!
I can’t believe how light and fluffy these waffles turned out to be! These are the best carnivore waffles! Even Kai said they were a 9 out of 10! Crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside!

TESTIMONY OF THE DAY
Doesn’t Melissa look STUNNING? I’m so proud of her!
“I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life. I’ve tried all the diets out there. I did Herbalife, the south beach diet, even the HCG diet where they have you eating a 500 calorie a day diet, zero fat, and injecting HCG into my belly. Which made me very sick.
I’ve always just lived with nausea, and heartburn for as long as I can remember.
I did traditional keto back in 2018 up until 2020. I was still allowing myself sugar, and grains as a “cheat meal” not realizing it was gluten that made me sick, and how sugar addicted I was. Falling off the wagon in 2020 when I injured my ankle, and not working because of the covid shut down, I gained back the 98lbs I lost within a year.
Finally, January 22 2023 I woke up from a horrible night of heartburn, and nausea from eating pizza for dinner, and I had enough. That’s when I decided to take my life, and health back.
I discovered Maria Emmerich when I was first introduced to keto but really started following her way of keto this go around. I’ve lost 102lbs because of Maria’s knowledge, help and recipes.
Her PSMF method helped a lot, and knowing that I didn’t need it load up on fat to be in ketosis, and lose weight was a game changer!
No 2 week stalls this go around! I feel so much better physically, and mentally.
Maria’s recipes are sorcery!! Just amazing. Thank you for all of your knowledge, and everything you do for people to help them change their lives. Both pics are from our work holiday party one year apart. Thank you Maria!!!” Melissa

These Light and Fluffy Carnivore Waffles are fantastic. Made them for out-of-town family and didn’t tell them they were Carnivore. The waffles were a big hit, to the point that after breakfast was over with, they asked for the recipe, and were overjoyed that they were such a healthy item. There is one thing I hope you can clarify for me. The macros show -2.1g Carbohydrates. I tried to find what a ‘minus Carb’ is, but can’t. Can you please clarify that for me, or tell me how to find that information. Thanks.
Jeanne…I have the same question.
Yes, it will work! 🙂
I’m looking for a recipe to substitute for sandwich bread. Would these waffles hold up as a filled sandwich packed for lunch? Or maybe packed separately and filled just before consuming? Filling would be egg or tuna salad with my homemade butter/bacon grease mayonnaise!
Yes, that will work. Yum!
Why is the carb nutrition -2.1g?
Sorry, that was a typo. It’s 2.1g carbs per serving 🙂
Could one of these be eaten on a PSMF day? Especially if everything else eaten is high protein low fat?
Sure! As long as it fits in your macros for the day 🙂
Yay! Thanks for the quick response!! After watching your video about the Sardine fast, I decided to incorporate PSMF days back into my diet. It is so much better than 3 days of eating sardines lol! I am once again cooking recipes from ‘The Art of Fat Loss’, and am so glad the mini carnivore waffles I made today can be eaten on my PSMF days. Thanks for all you and Craig do and all that I have learned from y’all since 2016.
