  • Place the butter, Further Food Collagen powders and sweeteners into a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine well. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Add in chopped chocolate if using and stir well to combine.
  • Use a mini ice cream scoop to make 1 inch balls. Place on a baking sheet in the fridge for one hour to set. Or just eat it right out of the bowl! YUM
