Hi Maria Heard about you from a good friend and Lord knows I need to lose belly fat as not feeling to well with it and I know it is not healthy for you but unfortunately its not in my budget to pay too much for a wellness plan as I had to retire early to take care of my mom in my home as I would do it again and again without hesitation so with the price of inflation currently going on and just getting back on my feet I was wondering if I could just get a some tips from you on what pears together to eat in a day to help me to shed some pounds witch would be do-able and not really expensive and would keep you feeling full daily – I appreciate your thoughts in reference to this request and no worries if its not something u could do. Hi Maria, I’m highly interested in a Platinum plan but want to know if I should wait to start because I may start HRT in August (I’m 52 yr and post-menopausal). I’ve had great success with keto in the past but my low estrogen is a barrier to progress.
