Leaf and Love Giveaway
You have seen me post photos with my boys drinking the Leaf and Love sugar free lemonade juice boxes. They love them and I love that they don’t have any sugar and only good natural ingredients. They are my boys favorite and help them to feel like the other kids with a cool juice box. These make for great additions to kids lunch boxes now that they are heading back to school, without the added sugar.
So we are doing giveaway of a 8 pack of these great drinks. Just enter below for your chance to win.
And the winner is…. Judy West!! Congrats and thanks everyone for participating!
Back to School
Sending kids back to school can be challenging for keeping them on a healthy nutrition plan. For more back to school tips just CLICK HERE.
be prepared
These are such a brilliant idea!
Thanks!
Keep it simple and let your kids help pick food out. They are more likely to eat things if they got to choose them.
Pick real, healthy foods to snack on.
Plan ahead of time to avoid last minute bad choices
Plan and Prepare!
Sending them to school with “healthified” foods they love and talking to them about healthy and unhealthy choices.
Shop, plan and prep at the beginning of the week.
Prepare ahead of time as much as you can! Mornings get busy; it’s so much easier to have everything ready to go!
Make lunches the night before when possible.
Have healthy foods for everyone to snack on
Cant wait to try these! My kids too!
Yum, my daughter would love these & not feel deprived!
Planning ahead and always make sure that the kids have input, both of my children love fruits and vegetables which is a plus. But making sure to start the day with a healthy breakfast and following with good nutritious choices for lunch is a win win all the way around.
I’d love to have some for my boys to try! 🙂
be prepared and flexible!
Get the kids involved in helping to pack their lunches, and to pick out good choices from healthy, low carb options you have at the ready. When they can pick between two options, they feel more involved in decision making.
My daughter is way too young for school but I like reading all the tips y’all are coming up with for when the time comes to send her!
I like to diffuse immune boosting essential oils at home to help fight off some of the germs they encounter at school.
I include the kids in food preparation.
Prepare ahead so we don’t grab junk food in the rush.
I’m a teacher, both my kids are gone off to college. These ideas are great for me! I’d even drink out of a juice box if they were great like these! (my cheer team will be so jealous!)

Oh These look great!!
This would be so helpful for my kids after school. School lunches are not working for them and they are exhausted and hungry and just want sugar!!!
Keep things simple, and find new ways to make their favorites healthy.
Be prepared and plan ahead!
looking forward to trying another new product , that you recommend. Thanks
Yes! I have been sending them in with bottled water so they aren’t getting sugared up at school. This would be awesome to try out!
We don’t plan to fail… we fail to plan… (lol)
homemade protein muffins, and cookies for the lunch boxes.
We wash hands frequently, plan healthy snacks and meals, and try to get to bed on time.
Go ahead and have many containers (or ziplocs if you prefer) full of snacks in the fridge or in the cabinet. It’s great for school, but also for a grab and go snack!!! My favorite is Maria’s Healthified Cheetos!!!
Be prepared! My husband would love this!
I say to use the slow cooker so you have an instant breakfast in the morning!
After years of drinking diet sodas, I’ve realized I can no longer have them. I’d cut waaay back when I started this WOE, but when it’s hot, or I’m out socially, I’d down 1 (or 2). Aspartame was the first to be thrown out of my diet, but Splenda seems to cause some of the same symptoms. Anyway, I’d love to win Leaf & Love drinks!
I make a large batch of meatballs or chicken, vegetables, and cut up cheese. Then I portion them into a week’s worth of lunches so I just have to grab them in to morning. Makes getting everyone ready and out the door that much easier.
I would like to try them!
Plan ahead!
No kids but I need healthy snacks and drinks at hand so I’m not tempted when I’m hungry NOW! Would really like to try these so I have drink options.
What a refreshing summer drink, and what a super and convenient way to have it.
Try to give them variety so they don’t tire of the same thing.
Planning ahead!
No school lunches! Plan lunches ahead for the week and pack them on Sunday!
This would be awesome even for us adults to take camping 🙂
We plan the week in advance so if we are running behind one day it’s ok because it’s usually already taken care of.
Drink plenty of water and eating balanced meals
Love these i drink them myself!
My girl chooses her fresh veggie for each day’s lunchbox ;and whichever dressing she wants to “dip” that day. That’s the best chance for her eating it (and not trading/tossing it). These juice boxes would be a great addition!
I keep my kiddo healthy by loading him up with Vitamin C before school starts.
I try to pack healthy, wholesome lunches for my kids. Hope it keeps them fueled for the day.
Making lunches fun and colorful and letting kids help prepare their own lunches. Also, always plan ahead to avoid buying processed “school lunches”
Buy organic snacks. No processed foods — things like fruit, nuts, etc.
Lots of fresh fruit and veggies
I try and make sure they get plenty of sleep!
Pack lunches so you can guarantee your kids are getting healthy foods they actually eat.
Enjoy everyday #homeschool
We do too!!!
Plan ahead & a variety of healthy snacks/meals!
These look delicious! Planning ahead is always helpful in every situation, when possible.
Per serving. 🙂
