    I’m trying to decide between your one month challenge or signing for a year. I don’t have your fat loss cookbook but do have your Carnivore and Protein Sparing books along with some others. I’m more into simple meals without baked goods and don’t choose to get into various recipes if it can be skipped. I think I need more basic information on this way of eating and would like to lose about thirty pounds…I’m also late seventies and limited mobility. What plan would you suggest for me? Thanks in advance for your help.

      No. We are doing a Keto/PSMF Challenge with recipes from The Ultimate Fat Loss Cookbook and recipes off our membership website 🙂

    When does the challenge start and how long does it last? Will participants receive advanced instruction on any supplies that may be needed? Will there be alternative foods if allergies are involved?

      It officially starts March 1st but you can join now and get immediate access to the challenge website, meal plans, recipes, support group, etc 🙂

    For someone working full time are the recipes in the challenge easy to prep ahead? Also, I dont have any fancy gadgets, is everything fairly simple to make? Thanks!

      We designed the meal plans to meet the needs of busy families, and you have the flexibility to modify your meal plans to your preferences too 🙂

    I’m 60, strong and active, mostly carnivore (ketovore?) and can’t seem to lessen my mid-section. I’m 5’4″ and 120 so would want to lose about 5#. I’m guessing the issue might be all the fat from the standard carnivore 80/20? I’m eating that way based on various carnivore doctor’s recommendations that high fat is good for menopause/adrenals/thyroid as well as supporting mental health. So I’m a little concerned about taking it away. Would I be a good candidate for your challenge? Oh, and I love to cook!

      We don’t recommend following ratios like that for a reason. We follow personal macros instead. But with only 5 pounds to lose, just following a clean well formulated ketogenic diet with proper macros is all you should need. I would not recommend PSMF days for you since you don’t have much to lose. Incorporating weight training will help too 🙂
