TESTIMONY OF THE DAY
Doesn’t Kevin look AMAZING? He lost 125 pounds and kept it off for years 💪💪💪
“There are 3 people on this earth that are responsible for me
1) not being diabetic at this stage of my life, and
2) having my God given knees instead of replacements and here are two of those people. The 3rd is Craig’s wife Maria Emmerich.
When Dr. Moore performed my 2nd Meniscectomy we were all convinced I’d have to have at least one of my knees replaced within 5 years. That was 125 pounds and 8 years ago and I can run, jump, squat, and get out of a chair without grunting and groaning.
Craig and Maria Emmerich have been a resource and source of motivation.
Craig Emmerich it was great to meet you and Maria Emmerich maybe we will have the honor of meeting you sometime as well. #lc4bh” – Kevin
This is coming up as dairy free but has cream cheese and whip cream
That is because I offer dairy free substitutes. Any time a recipe calls for dairy but I offer dairy free swaps, I will categorize it as dairy free 🙂
Can this work with egg white protein? I don’t have any other protein.
It won’t give the same consistency, but yes you can.
