The BEST Flourless Fudgy Protein Brownies
Oh my word my friends! I just made the BEST flourless brownies that are packed with protein and super fudgy!
December 8th is National Brownie Day and my Flourless Fudgy Protein Brownies are perfect for celebrating!
There is no almond flour or coconut flour to keep these brownies nut free and they are dairy free!
HOW TO MAKE THE BEST FLOURLESS FUDGY PROTEIN BROWNIES
To make my brownies, I used chocolate Equip Prime Protein powder!
I recently found Equip and let me tell you… I am in LOVE with it! The chocolate Prime Protein powder is an all-natural, comes from 100% grass-fed beef protein powder with only only 3 ingredients: beef, cocoa powder, and stevia. No fillers, no additives, no chemicals and it is SUPER delicious!
There are so many recipes I have been creating with it and I couldn’t wait any longer to share these flourless brownies with all of you!
My recipe testers all said, this is the BEST fudgy brownie ever!

TESTIMONY OF THE DAY
“Good morning Maria Emmerich! This weekend marked a milestone in my journey. Not only have I lost half of my body weight but I wore a sleeveless shirt for the first time in 15 years!
My 12 year old daughter pointed out that she has never seen me wear a sleeveless shirt….and added that I looked buff!
Thank you Maria and Craig Emmerich for all of your guidance! I am beyond happy to have found this way of eating and will never return to where I started. I am stronger, healthier, younger and feel fantastic. Keto on!

Can we use Further Foods Collagen if we don’t have the Equip Chocolate Protein? Also, would I still use the 3 scoops? Can’t wait to try these.
I would like to know the same!
Me too, please…
Thank you.
Can I use Egg White Protein powder in place of the Equip Chocolate Protein? If so, how much Egg white protein should I use and I could add cocoa powder to add the chocolate I would be missing from the Chocolate protein? Thank you.
I haven’t tested it with egg white protein powder, but the two powders work very differently in recipes so I don’t think it would work.
I would love to try these as well and wonder if any type of chocolate protein powder would work the same?
I have only tested this recipe with beef protein powder. I cannot guarantee results if another kind of protein powder is used 🙂
Level scoop or rounded scoop?
Level scoop 🙂
Great flavor/texture, but mine were overdone at just 25 minutes! Oven temp was fine and they are definitely still edible—just will check at 20 minutes next time and monitor carefully. Great recipe!
Sorry about that! Oven temps range significantly so always watch your baked goods closely. Mine are perfect at 35 minutes 🙂
I would also like to know. Happy to try the new stuff but still have lots of the further foods to go through. Thanks
It won’t work the same. I have a collagen brownie recipe that you can use Further Food collagen with: https://mariamindbodyhealth.com/collagen-brownies/
Or other protein powder? Thanks
Sorry, it probably wouldn’t work the same.
I love that the ingredient list is so basic for Equip! However, I have cocoa powder, stevia, and collagen on hand. As I would prefer not to buy what I technically already have, is there a good substitution ratio?
Collagen and Beef Protein are very different. I cannot guarantee results if you use collagen in place of beef protein in this recipe. Instead, I have this collagen brownie recipe: https://mariamindbodyhealth.com/collagen-brownies/
A very awesome blog post. We are really grateful for your blog post.
Thank you!!
Wow…Maria! Just wow. These are incredibly delicious. Thank you!
Thank you SO much sweetheart!!
I have the plain Equip beef protein powder. Can I just add some cocoa powder? If so, how much?
Yes you can. I’m not sure how much because I haven’t tested it. Depends on how deep of a chocolate flavor you want. Start with 1/4 to 1/2 cup and go from there 🙂
the measurement of the scoop? Cant you just give a proper measurement? in grams, oz, or even cups… a ‘scoop could be anything!!!
The scoop comes in the bag, and since I don’t really have any alternative products to suggest for substitution the scoop is the measurement. One scoop of Equip is about 1/4 of a cup, but not exactly. Just use the scoop in the bag and you’re good to go 😉
Can the butter be reduced in this recipe? Just curious!!
Sure 🙂
Thanks!
Wow! The brownies are downright DECADENT. Honestly blew my mind how good they are. I made them as stated. I baked them at 325 for 30 minutes. I wasn’t sure how to test for doneness so I stuck a toothpick and took them out when little crumbs were on the pick. These are extremely fudgy and moist. So so good. Will make again and again
Thank you!
I just made this recipe using the Equip salted caramel Protein. AMAZING!
Yahoo! So glad you like them!
Can you use further food collagen instead? I don’t have the protein powder. Is there any substitute for the protein powder. I live in Canada and it’s not available here.
For this recipe, the Equip is the star of the show. I have a different recipe for collagen brownies: https://mariamindbodyhealth.com/collagen-brownies/
I don’t think I’ve ever left a comment on any recipe anywhere. I had to on this one because these are the best low carb brownies I’ve ever had!
You made my whole week!!!❤️
Okay, can someone help me with this? I tried these brownies and mine are awful. I cooked them and they taste like boiled eggs. The batter was delicious when I tasted it but after baking they were horrible. What did I do wrong.
Bummer 🙁
