I bought some avocados just the other day. I’ve been meaning to try that chocolate pudding recipe that uses them and today’s the day.
I hope you continue to develop your “healthified” recipes and keep writing cookbooks.
Thanks Jennifer! My next book will be a crockpot cookbook! 🙂

This is awesome! Thanks Maria, you sold me 🙂
Thanks!
Hey this looks good and I really want to order. Is there anyway possible I could get this except amazon?
Sorry, amazon is the way to go. You could order direct from me, but it would cost more in shipping (Amazon is free). 🙂
Congrats on the book!!! It sounds amazing! I’ll definitely need to check that one out. 🙂
Thanks! 🙂
I just got my copy of your savory book – it looks wonderful, Maria! I’d really like to make the popovers but I can’t eat whey or casein. Can you recommend any other protein powders I could try?
You can use egg white protein or one of the vegan protein powders in my astore (fat flush or pea). Thanks! 🙂

Thanks so much for your quick reply, Maria! I’m so happy to hear about using the vegan proteins. They are the ones that my digestive track likes the best.
Hey again Maria – I tried ordering but it won’t ship to where I am in Canada and can’t get an actual book from Amazon.ca. Can I order it right from you?
It will be available in the Amazon.ca store in a day or two. Thanks! 🙂
You mean the actual book? I’ve been checking on amazon.ca and i only see the kindle book. Thanks.
I just ordered mine – plus your SWEETS cookbook, too! AND both versions of Low Carbing with Friends. Can’t wait to get them!
Maria, your recipes are awesome! Thank you for sharing!
Awesome! Thank you! 🙂
I got both The Art of Healthy Eating Savory and Sweets the other day. I love both. There are so many recipes I can’t wait to try. I did make the Broccoli Bake (but used cauliflower – don’t like broccoli) it was so good. Remined me of one of those “impossible pies”. I will make it with ham and cauliflower next time. I see a lot of uses for this. Pretty easy and delish!

Thanks Rose! 🙂
Maria will the physical book be available on Amazon.ca ?? Because Ive been checking and I only see the kindle version. Very keen to start the new year with your lovely recipes. If not, can I order from you? Thanks.
You should be able to order from Amazon.com and have it shipped to Canada now. 🙂
Nope, still won’t ship to Canada. I just tried again 🙁 Maybe Im not meant to get your book afterall.
Hmm, let me check with Amazon. It should be available (they said 2 to 3 days when I registered last Thursday). Thanks!
I just called them and this is a note they have on their international shipping “Note: We cannot export books to Canada.” I have no idea why this is. So, I am sorry but I have no control over this. If you contact me I can quote you shipping to get it sent direct to you. Thanks! craigmaria@gmail.com
