High Protein Pizza Crust (Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust)

Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons Further Food gelatin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place a piece of parchment onto a pizza stone (or baking sheet) and set aside.
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Place the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread into a round pizza shape.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and starting to crisp up. Remove from the oven and top with your favorite pizza toppings! At this point you can either freeze for a future easy meal or place back into the oven for 10 minutes or until the toppings are hot and the cheese is bubbling!
- Best served fresh.
