Easy Carnivore Ramen
My son Kai was begging to make ramen. I told him I have a fantastic recipe in my book called The 30 Day Ketogenic cleanse. I didn’t want to follow my recipe so he made his own creation. He didn’t even look at the internet to search on how to make ramen.
He pretended to like it but after a few bites, he said he was full! LOL
I asked him if I could help him create a new and improved ramen with protein noodles and he allowed me to basically take over. And this time, he ate 2 servings! It is so good!
HOW TO MAKE EASY CARNIVORE RAMEN
My easy Carnivore Ramen only took me minutes to make! You don’t even have to boil the noodles because I used the new Miracle Noodles egg white vermicelli noodles!
These protein noodles are soft and tender like a regular noodle! I can’t get over how great these are!
Whether you are keto or carnivore, this ramen will fill your belly with healthy satisfying protein while getting all the delicious flavors you are looking for in a ramen. It’s a truly healthy comfort food!

Easy Carnivore Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Redboat fish sauce
- 1 stalk green onions sliced on the diagonal (plus more for garnish if desired) OMIT FOR CARNIVORE
- 1 large egg
- 2 ounces Pork Belly (or use whatever protein you like such as chicken breast, beef roast, shrimp)
- 1 package Miracle Noodles Vermicelli egg white noodles (Click HERE)
OPTIONAL GARNISH
- Lime wedges OMIT FOR CARNIVORE
Instructions
- Place the beef broth and fish sauce into a sauce pot over high heat.
- Once simmering, remove from heat and add green onion.
- While the broth is heating, heat another small pot of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, gently add the egg and cook for 5 minutes for a soft cooked egg.
- Heat a cast iron skillet to high heat. Place the pork belly onto the hot skillet and sear on all sides until golden brown. Remove from heat and slice into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Drain the Miracle noodles vermicelli noodles, then add to the broth and stir to heat the noodles.
- Place the broth with the noodles into a large bowl. Place 1/2 the slices of pork belly in the bowl. Peel the egg and slice in 1/2, then place into the bowl with yolk facing up.
- Garnish with additional sliced green onion and slices lime if desired. Serve warm.

My inflammatory markers were always high when I weighed over 200lbs. Now I feel great and have boundless energy. I walk 7-10 miles a day and take care of my ailing husband all day/night. I know I could never take care of him if I was eating sugar and wheat and grains!
