Woo Hoo! I am so excited about the choco perfection bars! But even more excited about what I learned in my online class from Maria today. So many great tips and explanations about why we gain weight and how to make our metabolism work for us. Thanks Maria! I loved the video option and was absolutely shocked at some of the information — I’ll never look at a pretzel or jelly bean in the same way! 🙂
