Chocolate Raspberry Mug Cake

Have you ever had a mug cake?

They are a great way to make a dessert in no time! And they are so easy, your kids can make them!

Seriously, if you want to get your kids off sugar and try new things, have them make the recipe with you. When they are a part of creating a meal or a dessert, they are more likely to try it and enjoy it!


To make these delicious bites of heaven, I used the NEW Chocolate Raspberry LMNT!

It is unbelievable how perfect using LMNT works for these keto mug cakes! You can use any flavor you want. Try the chocolate mint LMNT with mint extract instead of vanilla! Oh it is so good!

My family LOVES LMNT! It is like Gatorade without the sugar or food dye and it works perfect to pack when traveling.


Chocolate Raspberry Mug Cake

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or unsweetened macadamia nut milk)
  • 1 packet Chocolate Raspberry LMNT (or any flavor)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered allulose (or erythritol)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (or raspberry extract)


  • Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir well to combine. 
  • Grease 2 large coffee mugs. Divide the mixture evenly into each mug.
  • Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds or until cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before serving. 
  • Best served fresh.

    Hi, the video and the list of ingredients are different.. in video you use egg whites, I don’t see that on the list.. I am sorry!! I just wanna make sure I make it right 🙂 and let you know in case people don’t watch the video.
