Carnivore Pancakes
What’s not to love about a good pancake? I even love pancakes for dinner! Making a simple and tasty recipe for all of my carnivore friends and family was a great pleasure for me! I hope you all love it!
HOW TO MAKE CARNIVORE PANCAKES
To make my Carnivore Pancakes, I used Further Food Gelatin and Collagen!
Both Further Food Collagen & Gelatin are sourced from the highest quality, grass-fed, pasture-raised, hormone-free, and antibiotic free bovine collagen.
The benefits of collagen and gelatin are astounding! Just eating my delicious Carnivore Bagels helps support skin elasticity & hydration, longer hair & nails, stronger bones & joints, faster recovery between workouts, increased flexibility, improved digestion, and it even keeps you feeling full and satiated for longer!
Further Food Collagen Peptides dissolve instantly in any recipe, and Gelatin Powder naturally thickens recipes. It’s perfect for making my carnivore pancakes have a chewy texture!

Carnivore Pancakes
Equipment
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Further Food unflavored collagen
- 3 tablespoons Further Food gelatin
- 1/2 teaspoon Redmond Real salt
- tallow spray (to grease pan)
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a mini food processor or blender and combine until very smooth.
- Spray a skillet with tallow spray and heat over medium high heat. Once hot, pour the batter into the skillet to make 3 inch pancakes (you will get about 8 small pancakes). Cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook until done, another 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the skillet and repeat with additional cooking spray and batter.
- Dip the pancakes in a runny egg or whatever your heart desires! I love to make breakfast sandwiches with 2 pancakes, sausage and an egg (like a McMuffin)!

TESTIMONY OF THE DAY
Doesn’t Cora look AWESOME??? I am SO PROUD OF her!
“Hi Maria and Craig, I finally reached my goal!
I’ve lost 200lbs from my highest weight of 324 lbs in 2016 to my current weight of 124 lbs.
I found Maria Emmerich. I had my macros figured out by Craig. Last Thanksgiving – Christmas I bought your cookbooks and stayed keto and protein sparing since then. I never lacked a nice desert, Christmas coffee cake or treasured meal. I felt there was no need to ever eat sugar again with such good recipes.
I still do several protein sparing days a week and keto the other 3-4 days. I’m still an addict and still addicted to sugar. However for the first time in my life I know I can have good food and not feel deprived following your eating plan
I see my doctor Aug 21st & can’t wait for him to weigh me. He’s never known me to weight 124 lbs.
When I was eating sugar and wheat I had severe autoimmune issues and was in pain a lot with arthritis and anxiety. At one point a couple of my tests were so out of range my doc sent me to a specialist who basically said if you lose a lot of weight your sgot test would be lower and you’d feel better. My inflammatory markers were always high when I weighed over 200lbs. Now I feel great and have boundless energy. I walk 7-10 miles a day and take care of my ailing husband all day/night. I know I could never take care of him if I was eating sugar and wheat and grains!
Thank you so much for your help! Thank you for your kindness and willingness to share your knowledge. Thank you for my life of enjoying healthy eating!
Ps: I’ve gone from a size plus 24 to a size 4. Loving my life” – Cora
I am working in a school cafeteria; it amazes me what passes for “ healthy “! A grain is REQUIRED! I don’t know if this is in all states or just NYS?
I don’t know if I can mention name brands, but the 3 cereals offered at breakfast are LC, FF& LC!! I wonder if they are better than nothing at all!!! 😫
Crazy!
Also CTC I meant to say
Is the calorie count on the pancake recipe for the whole recipe or per serving? Thanks!
All macros are per serving 🙂
Can we make this with o my the egg whites to cut down the calories and fat? A PSMF version
You need the yolks for this recipe. If you want a PSMF pancake, I have other recipes here for that🥰

Oh, my goodness, Maria! These are absolutely wonderful pancakes; they will be added to my weekly rotation. Such a treat. And while I know that sidestepping over into chocolate takes things out of carnivore and back to keto, I also made these with chocolate collagen, a bit of unsweetened cocoa, and a smidge of Swerve. Swoon-worthy results. Many blessings to you and your family, and thank you for all you do.
Thank you Kate!
