    Hi Maria, I’ve almost all your books, and I am going to get the Carnivore’s one too, but I was wondering what’s the difference (beside the format, obviously) between the paperback and the ebook (my cikkection of your previous book is totally in paperback, so I’d prefer this format, but just wanted to know if in this case I’d miss something…).

    There are no “levels” in Being a Carnivore!!! You either eat meat only or you are not a carnivore.

      We explain why there are levels and when to use them in the book. If dealing if autoimmune, bipolar, Lyme, etc the levels can be very helpful.

    Thank you for all your work and research. It takes quite a bit of work to sort through all of the studies and biases to find the truth. I was about to order your new print version of the “Carnivore Cookbook”, then I received your newsletter describing your “Carnivore ebook”.
    Please describe and compare the content in detail the differences between the 2 books so I can decide which one will best suits my needs. Weight loss, detox and joint health are at the top of my list.
    Does the ebook have recipes for appetizers, salads and sides as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner?
    I was also wondering if you have any published information about how to use Keto and/or Carnivore for detoxing all body systems.

      Yes, for apps and sides the ebook is a better option. There are a lot of those in this book. There won’t be any salads as it is a carnivore book. 🙂

    Hi Maria
    I am wondering if your new book the Carnivore Cookbook is appropriate for me. I am only
    interested in doing a carnivore diet…needless, to say, meat only. I have many chronic health challenges and I have discovered that plant fiber is hurting not helping. I have started this
    way of eating several times. I am committed to making another go at it, as I have believed
    for a long time, it is the right avenue. My only issue has been severe constipation which I have had not been able to remedy. Less bloating, less gas, more sense of well being and less adverse reactions to foods…. no pain for hours after I eat meat only as I was having with veggie fiber.
