Ingredients
  

Instructions
 

  • Place lemon juice, water and lemon collagen in saucepan.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin onto the lemon water and whisk the mixture. Leave to sit for 2 minutes.
  • Heat the lemon water mixture for about 5 minutes over medium-low heat until the gelatin and collagen is completely dissolved. Do not let boil. If you bring gelatin to a full boil, it will never set.
  • Stir in the stevia glycerite and taste. Adjust sweetness to your liking (adding more stevia glycerite if desired).
  • Transfer the mixture to a glass dish or jello mold immediately.
  • Place in the refrigerator and chill for about 3-4 hours until completely set.
  • To serve, chop the jello into squares. Enjoy!
