30 Day Meal Plan SAVING Money Testimony: “I just wanted to let you know that I was a little concerned when I looked at your meal plan, everyone I seen on your blog had a lot of weight to loose. I only had 15lbs to get to my goal weight. The last 15 are always the stickest!!! I was spending 2 1/2 hrs in the gym aday, running 10 miles and lifting. I have been eating the Maria way for 1 week and am down 7lbs!!!! I feel amazing!!! I now am in the process of adjusting my whole family. My husband is a professional athlete and usully eats a very large amout of calories to just get him through his workout and daily activities. He is now eating normal sized meals and has tons of energy!!! This plan I thought was going to be super expensive just to feed him! It is saving us money at this point! Just want to give you a big THANK YOU!!!” – Kristin

Those look great. I wonder if my picky toddler will try them?
Also your post reminds me my almond flour hasn’t arrived yet. Need to check on the order status.

On these, what is the erythritol and stevia measurements if you aren’t going to use Truvia?
You can use 4 TB of Erythritol and a couple drops stevia. 🙂
Would it be possible to put mini choco chips or honey in these instead of cinnimon?
Hi Maria, I see that you mention to add in the Almond milk (“Stir in the almond milk and sweetener until …”) but don’t see it listed in the ingredients. How much almond milk should be added? Thanks!
I updated that above. You can use water or almond milk. 🙂
Hello! I don’t see Almond milk or water listed in the updated recipe. Did you decide to eliminate those choices?
I just add enough to hold the dough together.
Is there anything I can substitute the cream cheese with? We’re dairy free!
Maybe coconut cream and adjust the moisture (more flour as needed). 🙂
Maria I was looking to find a graham cereal do you think these would stand up to milk? I have made a lot of your cereals and I love them!! So does my son! He used to be a cereal addict and since I have given him ur cereals he has lost 12 lbs. I wanted to make him a graham cereal like golden grahams.
I think they should. 😉
