Easy Collagen Candy
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil softened not melted (or butter)
- 1/4 cup Natural Sweetener or equivalent
- 3 tablespoons Further Food Vanilla Collagen use code MariaMindBody
- 1 teaspoon cherry extract or other extract like strawberry
- Pinch Redmond Real salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and use a hand mixer until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
- Place in muffin tin so each cup has 1/4 inch of mixture. Or place in cute chocolate molds.
- Refrigerate until solid.

I made these & they taste good but the consistency is not really like a gummy. Is there some adjustment so they are more gummy- like??

What is the difference between the marine collagen and the grass fed collagen? Besides the obvious, is there one better than the other. I’m looking for joint & tendon support. I was Keto for over 4 years and now Carnivore 1+ years and having issues with tendonitis in multiple areas. Looking for support for these.
