I once LOVED getting an Orange Julius when I would go school shopping with my mom when I was in high school. I actually thought they were healthy and I would forgo lunch and drink a huge Orange Julius instead!

It has been decades since I’ve had an Orange Julius but my homemade Orange Julius is so delicious and filled with protein!

If you are looking for an easy protein sparing shake, this PSMF Orange Julius recipe is for you!

The egg white powder in my homemade protein shake gives the shake a perfect texture that reminds me of an Orange Julius from my childhood!

    Can anything else be subbed for the further food collagen? I have plain gelatin powder, protein powder, more egg white powder?

      You can use any brand or flavor of collagen you want. Gelatin will not work for this recipe. More egg white protein powder is fine, but the consistency won’t be the same 🙂

    This is off topic, but re your supplement guide, I am taking a magnesium that is chelated but is giving me loose stools. Why would this happen- does it vary from brand to brand?

      What brand are you using? Many have bad ingredients. If you are experiencing loose stools, try reducing the dosage and slowly adding back when loose stools resolve.

        It is KAL, chelated but the KAL Glycinate Id been taking was out of stock. Could that be the difference?

  • yummy delicious! I just saw you (again) at KetoCon. thanks for the Air Fryer book! I made this with unflavored Cashew milk, just cuz that’s what I had on hand. I added a dash of vanilla. Perfect in this 103 degree Texas heat. I’m sure you’ll be glad to get back to Wisconsin.
