The Pure Protein Cookbook is filled with Protein Sparing recipes and meal plans to help you get to your goals faster!

I decided to call this The Pure Protein Cookbook because 15 years ago, I didn’t call it protein sparing days when I was losing weight, I called it my “Pure Protein” days. This is where I ate lean proteins 3 days a week to help with my weight loss while maintaining my muscle.

I couldn’t be more proud of this Pure Protein Cookbook! It is filled with more recipes than most ebooks and it also has meal plans! Not only that, but these are the BEST protein sparing (or Pure Protein) recipes ever! This doesn’t feel like a diet when you get to eat such delicious meals!

    I’ve been living a keto lifestyle for about 15 months now. I’ve lost about 84lbs in weight, reversed type 2 diabetes and stopped all blood pressure medication. More recently I’ve adapted my diet to include higher protein and moderate fat, whilst keeping carbs very low. I now do resistance training 4 times a week and the results are showing.
    To complement my regime I’ve just bought Maria’s new book and I’ve already bookmarked a number of recipes to try.
    Maria you are an inspiration and as a UK based ‘customer ‘, I’d like to say to others outside the USA, please don’t be put off. All the recipes are convertible and work well wherever you may be based.

    Is it better to do PSMF when I will be doing light cardio (LISS) or on days when I lift weights (HIIT)? Thanks 😊

    On page 70, the Spaghetti Bolognese recipe, in the directions of step 2 you say to add the beef and Italian Sausage. There is no Italian Sausage listed in the ingredients. Could you please clarify this?

      Sorry, that was a typo. The recipe doesn’t call for sausage (although it would make a delicious addition–just adjust for higher fat macros) 🙂
