Many of you know that I have a new cookbook out called Keto Instant Pot Recipes book! But this is not just any Instant Pot cookbook. This keto cookbook has a ton recipes with BOTH Instant Pot directions AND slow cooker directions! I also started an Instagram account on my favorite Keto Instant Pot Recipes and giveaways called @KetoInstantPotRecipes! 

If you do not have an Instant Pot yet, I have to tell you, I am not a gadget girl and I adore my slow cooker. I like the idea of filling my slow cooker the night before, place the shell in the fridge overnight and turning it on in the morning and allow the meal to cook while I am working or exploring nature all day. However, the Instant Pot was easy to fall in love with. It is also a slow cooker! And on days when I forget to plan ahead, I can make a delicious meal in minutes. One thing that I always make for gatherings are my deviled eggs and now I enjoy making them much more because peeling eggs has become so much easier now that I boil them in my Instant Pot! Check out this video to see how easy it is!

 

 

TESTIMONY OF THE DAY

“Last winter I was tired all the time, migraines almost daily and a size 12/14 & hated all pictures of me. I felt awful. I knew it was time for a change!     This is the only reason I initially bought my Instant Pot last year…to make life way easier with hard boiled eggs. This past week I went to three holiday parties and brought 30 deviled eggs to each one. The IP and your ideas/recipes made for some serious happy people! 🙂

    I’ve had my Instant Pot for 2 years and haven’t used it yet. That’s gotta be some kind of record ! Thanks for this video.
    I got a bookstore gift card at Christmas so I’m planning to buy your Keto Instant Pot recipe book. That should get me motivated to use my Instant Pot.

    I bought my Instant Pot a year ago and it still sits in the box. I have a goal to try a new recipe each month until I am comfortable using it regularly to make my keto meals each week. I look forward to seeing the new book and trying the recipes.

    What about using a conventional pressure cooker which I purchased after I read KETO ADAPTED December 2013. I wanted to prepare bone broths. Beef bone broth takes 50 minutes and Chicken bone broth in 40!!!

    Does this new cook book include cooking times for a standard/conventional pressure cooker? When I purchased my pressure cooker the Instant Pot did not exist yet! Even finding a stainless pressure cooker was challenging at that time…I really had to hunt for one. Just wondering. I love your cookbooks but it is a shame they are not available at Costco Canada.

      Yes Maria I don’t have the “instant pot” brand either and wondered if your recipes can adapt.
      BTW, I made your peanut butter pie for Christmas and it not only tasted wonderful it did not spike my insulin. (I did not use as much sugar substitute as the recipe called for) .

    I blew up a standard pressure cooker back in the early 90’s what a mess. It didn’t deter me, I bought another. I now have a canning pressure cooker, that scared me a little just the sheer size of it. So the electric pressure cooker didn’t scare me. I just ordered the Keto Instapot cookbook I can’t wait to try the recipes.

    I bought an Instant Pot because of your book. Although I did not preorder one I did request it for Christmas. It due to arrive Jan 2!! My Instant Pot which I bought Thanksgiving weekend is still in its box waiting. Yup, I’m afraid but I know your recipes will blow out whole family away.

    Maria, what size Instant Pot are your cookbook recipes written to accommodate? 8 quart or 6 quart? (Trying to decide which size Instant Pot to buy.) Like you, I love my slow cooker, but am intrigued by being able to put a meal together fast (I have a very long workday + commute and many slow cooker meals come out overdone after cooking for 12 hours!).

    My husband just surprised me with this book! 🙂

    I think that a few recipes may have incorrect nutrition information. There are some soups that seem way too high in carbs for your way of eating keto. Cream of asparagus says 20g carbs for example.

    My InstaPot sat for over a year then I finally started researching and began using it last spring. It is a game changer to get delicious dinners on the table. And baby back ribs are devine!!
