TESTIMONIES OF THE DAY
The Keto Cleanse really works! Check out Elizabeth’s results in just 11 days! “Maria Maria Maria, 11 days in with keto cleanse and I’m down 7.3 lbs. keto cleanse works! Thank you” – Elizabeth
90 Day Accelerated Testimony: “I just wanted to let you know that I am down 30 pounds. I am at my lowest since 2009 and it feels good. I am so glad that I found you and followed your blog for many years before taking the plunge.
Thanks again so much and also for encouraging me in the beginning to stick with it. And to have the fat bombs. 🙂 Also I went through a really busy project at work where they were bringing in food, which I put on some weight, but now that has come off. “ – Maria
FROZEN FAT BOMBS
There’s nothing I love more than a creamy frozen treat on a hot day…who am I kidding… I love frozen treats in the middle of winter too!
One trick that worked for me and many of my clients is to have a treat in the freezer in individual portion sizes. For me I always let myself have a dessert. That way when I am out socializing and everyone is enjoying cake or a dessert at a restaurant, I have no problem enjoying the conversation and knowing that when I get home I have a “healthified” dessert waiting for me. Even if it gets late and I eat within 3 hours of going to bed, I would rather do that than to grab the sugary dessert and feel awful the next day.
Also with how EASY these are there is no excuse for feeling deprived on a keto diet!
Check out why you should use Heavy Cream vs Whipping Cream HERE.
Frozen Strawberry Fat Bomb
Ingredients
- 2 cups organic heavy cream
- 2-4 tablespoons Natural Sweetener depending on desired sweetness
- 1 tablespoon Stur strawberry sweetener or other flavor
- OPTIONAL: 1 teaspoon strawberry extract or 3 drops strawberry oil
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a whip cream canister (click HERE to find the one I have).
- OR place the cream in a large bowl and whip until peaks form. Add the natural sweeteners and extracts.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Squirt 2 tablespoons of the cream onto the paper about 1/2 inch apart.
- Place in freezer for about 30 minutes or until frozen.
- Store in airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month if they last that long!

Wow I will be making these…just found out that I can buy the Stur in the UK x
Awesome! 🙂
Hello Jenny,
I couldn’t help but notice your comment because I too live in the UK. Please can you tell me where you get your Stur? I am based in London . Thank you!
So simple and delicious!
Thanks!
I love your recipes, thanks for sharing! I am not a lover of the Swerve, I find the taste off-putting. I’ve tried to blend it with other non sugar sweeteners but it’s still a no go for me. Do you have any suggestions for an alternate non sugar sweetener that effect the keto aspect of your recipes? Appreciate your input.
I have some options here. Monk fruit and stevia are good options. 🙂

Hello Maria,
I am in the stage of researching the keto way. So if I would use 1 tbsp maple syrup, that would throw me out of ketosis? I am not a fan of processed sugar alternatives.
Are maple syrup and honey a no-go?
The sweeteners I recommend are as natural as maple syrup (processed to remove extra water) and honey (fermented by bee saliva). 🙂
Yes, those would likely throw you out of ketosis.
What do you think of Just Like Sugar for a substitute?
I use sparingly as the carbs add up fast. 🙂
What would you sub for dairy free? Thank you!
Coconut cream (or cream skimmed off the top of a can of coconut milk). 🙂
Hi Maria, I would like to make different flavours. I have banana, coconut, orange and lemon extract. If I wanted to use one of these instead of the Stur sweetener how much should I use? Thanks.
That will work. 🙂
Maria, About A month ago I transitioned, after reading your book keto adapted, from a very lowfat vegan (only eating produce) based diet to high fat with animal proteins. I’m less bloated
Great! 🙂
Wow, it won’t post all my comment. I’ll just attach the end to what was posted.^BUT I’m doing this to lean out (loose fat and water weight). I’m finding using a calorie counter I’m eating about 300-500 more calories even though it’s low carb. Veggies virtually have no cals so I ate large volumes and juiced back then. Is that going to keep weight from coming off, & actually gain inches, if the calories have increased due to change in macros? I’ve searched your blog, interviews, & books for what exactly you eat, a food diary atleast for a few days to get an idea of what Your keto lifestyle actually looks like – your my keto role model but I’ve got very little idea of what you eat really. I was shocked to read you don’t eat most your recipes bc you eat less carbs than they contain, is that really true? It’s got to drive you crazy :-(.Maybe you’d share what your two meals a day consist of tfor a couple of days. It’s would help so so so much to just see. Thank you Maria for your books and blog
All the carbs in the veggies will add up and not enough fat will make you eat more during the day. Fat is filling and keeps you full longer. Here is an example of what Craig eats in a typical day. 🙂

I would like to use extracts also and am unsure how much extract and what changes to make to the sweetener.
Not sure, I would just add to taste. 😉
I think I get what your saying, veggies (carb source) no matter if your eating more fat (calories) it will stimulate appetite still? I think I’m afraid to cut veggies (fiber) bc the days I tried pure protien fats I felt great BUT I really didn’t need to go number 2 so I took coconut oil and got the runs :-/. The probiotic you recommend, was it the first you noticed working? I’ve bought so so so many $$$ and never noticed a dif, but I was vegan back then too. Craig’s a Man, were girls so I looking for yours 🙂
This probiotic has bifido and is refridgerated, the two things I look for in a probiotic. 🙂
Hi Maria,
First off, I love your website! Thanks so much for all you do to support the LCHF community.
This looks like a fabulous dessert. However, I’m not sure I understand how you came up with a calorie count of 69 calories per serving. The recipe says it makes 12 servings but that would make the calorie count more like 120 – 160 per serving, depending on the calories in the whipping cream (16 Tbls per cup x 2 = 32 Tbls x 45-60/calories per Tbls).
Thanks for clearing this up for me!
Ah yes, my calculator sometimes uses the wrong cream. I updated it above. Thanks!
