    Is this a plan where you cook everyday for all three meals? That’s is my issue with meal plans when you have to cook for all meals and the leftovers are never eaten.

      Most people batch prep their meals for 3-4 days at a time and allow for leftovers. You shouldn’t have to be in the kitchen cooking 3x a day if you plan ahead. Plus, our meal plans allow 2 meals, and sometimes a snack or side dish.
