Homemade Coffee Ice Cream

My son Kai is a true Ethiopian! Most of you know that I no longer drink coffee, but Kai begs for it!

I do not give it to him very much. But when I saw the opportunity to make homemade coffee ice cream without coffee, I had to jump at the chance to make him a special dessert!

The secret ingredient in ice cream is Equip Prime Protein!

Do not skip this special ingredient because it makes the ice cream like soft serve!

The protein powder also makes the keto ice cream EXTRA delicious and extra heathy; packed with protein to help build bones! Yes, did you know the sheath of your bones is made up of protein? And that most of your bone growth happens before the age of 18? That is why young kids need more protein! If you are experiencing bone loss, the best thing to reverse it is to eat lots of protein.

One easy way to boost your protein intakes is to add Equip Prime Protein to delicious recipes like homemade ice cream!

Equip is so generous, they are offering 15% off when you use code MARIA!

“End of week 3 update: I am down 5 pounds this week! That’s 16 pounds in 21 days!! I wish I’d have known all of this sooner.

I have struggled for years eating healthy and still not being able to lose weight. Maria and Craig Emmerich’s information and macro calculator seem to be spot on!

I’m so thankful for something working for me finally. I don’t have any food pics this week, I really kept it extra simple. I can’t wait to see next week’s results! (1st pic before, 2nd after) maybe when I get more weight off I’ll be more confident posting a body picture.” -Beth

This ice cream is amazing! I saw the recipe and had to try it, 40 minutes later….yum!! I didn’t have the coffee protein powder so I used the salted caramel and added some instant coffee, taste just like a salted caramel latte!!!

  • Lisa Garza says:

Hi Kimberly. About how much instant coffee did you add?
