Ingredients
- 16 ounces low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup powdered allulose
- 1 scoop Vanilla Equip Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite
- 1/4 teaspoon Redmond Real salt
OPTIONAL:
- blueberries fresh
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place a piece of parchment onto a large casserole dish. Set aside.
- Place all the ingredients except the blueberries into a food processor and puree until smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Top with blueberries if desired.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
