Easy Protein Panna Cotta

HOW TO MAKE EASY PROTEIN PANNA COTTA

Easy Protein Panna Cotta
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened macadamia nut milk (or low fat unsweetened coconut milk for nut free)
- 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk for dairy free)
- 3 1/2 scoops Chocolate Equip Protein Powder (or any other flavor of your choosing)
- 1/3 cup powdered allulose (or stevia glycerite to desired sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or chocolate extract)
- Garnish with coarse salt if desired
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
- Divide the mixture into 6 4- ounce ramekins. Place in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled (otherwise the panna cotta will get to soft).Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 days. Do not freeze.
