To make my easy Flourless Protein Tortillas, I used Further Food gelatin!

Easy Flourless Protein Tortillas
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons Further Food gelatin
- 1/2 teaspoon Redmond Real salt
OPTIONAL ADDITIONS: PICK ONE FLAVOR
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (and 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil spray. Set aside.
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread so it is thin and evenly thick throughout.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before removing from the parchment paper. Slice in 1/2 down the center.
