Easy Flourless Protein Tortillas

Ingredients
  

OPTIONAL ADDITIONS: PICK ONE FLAVOR

  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (and 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil spray. Set aside.
  • Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread so it is thin and evenly thick throughout.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool before removing from the parchment paper. Slice in 1/2 down the center.
