Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil spray. Set aside.
Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread so it is thin and evenly thick throughout.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before removing from the parchment paper. Slice in 1/2 down the center.
