would this program work for someone with MS? I’m already Paleo, but would like to see if jumping to Keto would make a difference. Does it have smoothies? which is my go to, because cooking a lot of meals is too exhausting, especially breakfast. Also, i need teenage friendly recipies- simple basic goodness, not fru fru 🙂

I know quite a bit about low carb high fat but need to lose 20 more lb, I want to really get this right. Will start my own journey website soon to encourage friends and family. When I messaged you regarding sales on the 90 day package (which is what I was really hoping to find a sale on) you messaged me there wouldn’t be a sale on that.
