HOW TO MAKE BAKED RICOTTA WITH CARNIVORE CHIPS
To make my baked ricotta, I used LMNT Mango Chili electrolytes! It adds a delicious savory flavor that can’t be beat!

Baked Ricotta with Carnivore Chips
Equipment

Ingredients
- 3 pounds ricotta cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 8 ounces Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 packet package Mango Chili LMNT packet
- fresh ground black pepper
SERVING OPTIONS:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Butter a 8 by 11 inch baking dish.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with an immersion blender or a hand mixer until well combined. Transfer the mixture to theĀ bakingĀ dish andĀ bakeĀ until golden and puffed, 25 to 30 minutes, give or take a little depending on how shallow or deep yourĀ bakingĀ dish.
- Allow to cool slightly slighly so you don't burn your mouth, and serve straight from theĀ bakingĀ dish by the generous spoonful.
- Serve warm with my Carnivore Chips or Carnivore Crisps.
- Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. To reheat, place in a 300 degree F oven for 5 minutes or until heated through.
