Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Butter a 8 by 11 inch baking dish.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with an immersion blender or a hand mixer until well combined. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and bake until golden and puffed, 25 to 30 minutes, give or take a little depending on how shallow or deep your baking dish.
Allow to cool slightly slighly so you don't burn your mouth, and serve straight from the baking dish by the generous spoonful.
Serve warm with my Carnivore Chips or Carnivore Crisps.
Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. To reheat, place in a 300 degree F oven for 5 minutes or until heated through.
