Baked Ricotta with Carnivore Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds ricotta cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 ounces Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 packet package Mango Chili LMNT packet
  • fresh ground black pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Butter a 8 by 11 inch baking dish.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with an immersion blender or a hand mixer until well combined. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and bake until golden and puffed, 25 to 30 minutes, give or take a little depending on how shallow or deep your baking dish.
  • Allow to cool slightly slighly so you don't burn your mouth, and serve straight from the baking dish by the generous spoonful.
  • Serve warm with my Carnivore Chips or Carnivore Crisps.
  • Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. To reheat, place in a 300 degree F oven for 5 minutes or until heated through.
