SUPERFOOD Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs
My husband LOVES deviled eggs and he loves a bloody mary! I had to marry the two and man did they turn out so good!
Eggs Are a Superfood: Why Pairing Them With SALTR Organ Seasoning Makes Them Even Better
Eggs have earned their reputation as one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can keep in the kitchen. They are simple, affordable, versatile, and packed with important nutrients that support the body in all kinds of ways. When you pair eggs with an organ-based seasoning like SALTR, you take an already impressive food and layer in even more nutrient density and flavor.
That is what makes this combination so appealing. Eggs are already a nutritional powerhouse on their own, and SALTR Organ Seasoning offers a convenient way to add organ meats and minerals in a form that is easy to use and much more approachable than eating liver on its own.
Why Eggs Are Considered a Superfood
Eggs are one of the rare foods that offer a powerful combination of high-quality protein, healthy fats, and important micronutrients in a compact package. They provide complete protein, which means they contain all nine essential amino acids your body needs. They are also rich in nutrients like choline, vitamin B12, riboflavin, selenium, and vitamin D.
That matters because eggs do more than just help fill you up. They support muscle maintenance, brain health, nerve function, and many of the day-to-day repair processes happening in the body. For a food that is so simple, eggs bring a lot to the table.
The Brain-Boosting Power of Choline
One of the most overlooked benefits of eggs is their choline content. Choline is essential for brain health, memory, and nervous-system function, and eggs are one of the best natural sources of it.
This is one reason eggs are often such a valuable food for growing children, busy adults, and anyone trying to support mental performance and overall health. Choline may not get as much attention as protein, but it is one of the standout nutrients that makes eggs so special.
Eggs Are an Easy Way to Get Complete Protein
Another reason eggs are often called a superfood is their protein quality. They are a complete protein source and are easy for the body to use. That makes them useful for supporting muscle maintenance, recovery, satiety, and a strong nutritional foundation overall.
And because eggs are so easy to cook, they fit almost any schedule. Scrambled, fried, soft boiled, baked, or folded into recipes, they are one of the easiest ways to build a nutrient-dense meal without much effort.
Why SALTR Organ Seasoning Is So Interesting
SALTR Organ Seasoning takes a very different approach from a typical spice blend. According to the brand, it combines Norwegian sea salt with an organ blend made from liver, heart, kidney, spleen, and pancreas, along with herbs, spices, and added minerals such as magnesium glycinate and potassium gluconate.
That matters because organ meats are among the most nutrient-dense foods available. They are especially rich in nutrients like vitamin B12, iron, vitamin A, and other important micronutrients that can be harder to get in meaningful amounts from muscle meat alone.
In other words, SALTR is not just about flavor. It is also a practical way to make organ meats much easier to include in everyday meals.
A Simple Way to Get the Benefits of Organ Meats
A lot of people know organ meats are nutrient-dense, but they do not love the taste or feel intimidated by preparing them. That is where an organ seasoning can be especially useful.
Instead of asking someone to cook liver or kidney from scratch, SALTR gives them a much easier entry point. You can sprinkle it on eggs, meat, or vegetables and get some of the nutritional benefits of organ meats in a more familiar and approachable way.
That can make a real difference for consistency. Sometimes the best way to make a nutrient-dense food habit stick is to make it easier, not more extreme.
Why Eggs and SALTR Work So Well Together
Eggs and SALTR are a natural pairing for both nutrition and taste. Eggs bring complete protein, choline, selenium, vitamin B12, and healthy fats. SALTR adds savory depth along with an organ blend and electrolyte-related minerals. Together, they create a breakfast or meal that feels simple but delivers much more than plain eggs alone.
From a flavor standpoint, eggs are also the perfect canvas. Their mild taste makes them ideal for carrying a seasoning blend with a little more complexity. That means you get the richness and umami of the organ seasoning without it overpowering the dish.
The Benefits of SALTR Organ Seasoning
One of the biggest benefits of SALTR is convenience. It offers a simple way to include organ-based nutrition without having to eat large servings of organ meats directly.
Another benefit is variety. The organ blend includes multiple organs, which broadens the nutrient profile and makes the seasoning more nutritionally interesting than a basic salt blend.
A third benefit is that it adds flavor while also bringing in added minerals. According to the brand, some SALTR blends include magnesium glycinate and potassium gluconate, which adds another functional layer beyond taste alone.
And finally, SALTR can make nutrient-dense eating feel easier and more enjoyable. That may be its biggest benefit of all.
A Nutrient-Dense Meal That Still Feels Simple
Sometimes the healthiest meals are not the most complicated ones. A plate of eggs seasoned well can be one of the most nourishing meals you eat all day. When you add a product like SALTR Organ Seasoning, that simple meal becomes even more nutrient-dense without becoming harder to prepare.
That is what makes this combination so useful. It is easy, flavorful, practical, and rooted in real food.
Final Thoughts
Eggs are absolutely a superfood. They offer complete protein, choline, vitamin B12, selenium, and many other nutrients in one of the most affordable and versatile forms available. Pairing them with SALTR Organ Seasoning can make them even more powerful by adding organ-based nutrition, savory flavor, and a simple way to include more nutrient-dense ingredients in everyday meals.
For people who want to make breakfast more nourishing without making it more complicated, eggs and SALTR are a combination worth keeping on repeat.
