Easy French Toast Custard
Anyone else love French Toast? It was probably my favorite breakfast growing up and I still love it with my protein bread!
If you love French toast too, but you do not want to go to the trouble of making my PSMF bread, you must try this recipe!
TIPS ON MAKING FRENCH TOAST CUSTARD
Yes, this custard is rich and delicious and perfect for a decadent dessert to serve at a dinner party; however, if you are looking for ways to make my custard lower in fat to fit your macros, I suggest to use boxed coconut milk that is very low in fat and calories.
You can also use one whole egg instead of 2 egg yolks to help lower the fat and increase protein.
HOW TO MAKE FRENCH TOAST CUSTARD
To make my easy French Toast Custard, I used Further Food collagen and gelatin!
Collagen helps make the keto custard to form into a delicious scoop of goodness and do not skip the gelatin because it helps create a thick custard.
I love Further Food gelatin and their collagen is my favorite! You are going to love my yummy healthy custard!
