Strawberry Panna Cotta (Easy No Bake Dessert)
Panna cotta is a lovely custard-like dessert, and it is one of my favorite no-bake treats. The name may sound fancy, but it’s similar to a custard, only it’s prepared without eggs. I made it in heart-shaped dishes to make Valentine’s Day extra special.
TIPS TO MAKE THE PERFECT PANNA COTTA
When making panna cotta or anything else with gelatin, remember that gelatin can get rubbery if it sits too long. If you are making this dessert to consume in a day or two rather than right away, I suggest using ¼ teaspoon less gelatin.

TESTIMONY OF THE DAY
Doesn’t Jozie look AMAZING??? She came to my house for my last class and she is such a special girl!
“Hi! My daughter Jozie went from a women’s small/medium to a children’s size 10. She lost 25lbs after coming to your class.
Her daily battles with blood sugar and feeling unwell are GONE!
Her lymphedema is GONE!
Needing to eat every couple of hours is GONE!
Anxiety is almost GONE!
Food worries GONE!
Sugar cravings GONE!
She has more energy, has gotten sick less, is happier, never feels hungry, she grew a couple inches which is HUGE for her TS, and she overall feels GREAT!
I am so thankful and feel so blessed the Lord gave us the tools and Maria Emmerich and Craig Emmerich to completely change our health and ultimately our lives!
It feels amazing to feel so much better than we have in years and probably ever for Jozie“
Would almond milk work in place of the macadamia milk? Or if I use coconut milk, is it the one in the can or the carton that’s found in the milk section?
Yes 🙂
Can I use powdered strawberries? If so what ratio do you think? Thanks!!!
I haven’t tried, sorry.
Made this for my husband for valentines and he LOVED it. We will definitely be making this one again.
I didn’t strain out the strawberry seeds, because my sifter was too fine, so nothing would sift through. Didn’t notice anything off about it. It was perfect.
That’s great! I am so glad you like it 🙂
