My Go to meal I always have on hard are hard boiled eggs for egg salad or a quick snack. Jalepeno poppers wrapped in bacon. Or lettuce wraps! These pizzas look awesome! Hearing great things about them! 🙂
I love some turkey sticks or deli turkey with some raw veggies or nuts! Cheese is great too!

My current favorite keto meal when i’m in a hurry is a salmon dip — cream cheese whipped with sour cream and red Alasaka salmon. I eat it with zucchini chips or just a spoon!
Ive did Keto a short time after my sons endoscopy came back inconclusive. Stopped when Doctor wanted a positive diagnosis and asked us to keep on Gluten. We loved making the fat head pizza then. This would be great to try and would be a huge help for me. My oldest had Autism, my middle has asthma and Type 1 diabetes and my youngest has type 1 and was officially diagnosed with celiac this week. With working FT and medical issues of my own (Graves’ disease) I could use easy. Lol

I love parmesean chicken
Omelet. I fry up some chicken or ham in butter, crack 3 eggs over it, flip, throw on cheese and a few bacon bits. Once the cheese is melted, the egg is Cooked through. If I’m feeling up to it, I add a half serving of a frozen green veggie.

Our favorite meal is an “unwich” sub by using large leaves of romaine lettuce to wrap meats and cheese instead of bread. Those pizzas sure would be nice to have on hand too!

Looks like for a lot if us, our fast keto dinner is the same. Eggs! I love an omelet and some crispy bacon or sausage. I have recently started eating a lot of pizza omelets with pepperoni and (real) bacon bits, some mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce. Yum!

I have three little ones, so if I’m in a rush for an easy dinner my go-to is eggs and bacon. My family actually loves that. But I do try to plan out my meals.

I’m a nurse, so I have to have quick & easy stuff to eat when I’m busy at work. Easiest & tasty meal is little single serving packages of Provolone & Genoa salami. Eat one of those & I’m good to go. For my family it would probably be crockpot taco chicken with cream cheese and guacamole.
A can of tuna with mayo mixed in and some finely chopped red onions, wrapped in a lettuce leaf. Quick, easy, yummy!

My go-to breakfast meal is a two-egg omelet stuffed with mushrooms, onions, and plenty of full-fat cheese! My go-to lunch is an avocado stuffed with tuna salad, and my go-to dinner meal is a steak, sauteed in butter, with bleu cheese topping, and broccoli with melted cheese on top! I started keto almost a year ago and have lost almost 50 pounds. I recently had a physical, and compared to pre-keto, I am no longer overweight, pre-diabetic, and I have a normal blood pressure!!

my favorite go to meal is breakfast- 1/2 c pecans chopped, 1/4 c cottage cheese, and diced strawberries….got from a low carb site and it is so yummy
My favorite, easy thing to make (that isn’t bacon and eggs) is the three minute, three carb sandwich (this total depends on fillings). All it is, is an egg with two tablespoons of almond flour mixed and microwaved for a minute, cut in half and fried with whatever you want in between the pieces in a skillet with a little butter. I love having my grilled ham and cheese sandwich back without all those carbs. It’s so easy and feels like a treat.

Panic dinner: lettuce wrapped tacos! I keep cooked ground beef and shredded chicken in the freezer; just pull it out and heat and add lots of avocado.
I cook bacon and freeze it at the beginning of the week. I’ll snack on that if my macros allow it at the end of the day!

I eat either an avocado with a little salt with water or tea (if I eat lunch at school), or I take a tub of egg salad, made with real mayo and cream cheese. Both are super low in carbs, and super high in the right fats. The avocado has been my go to, so easy to just throw into my bag, cut in half, and eat with a fork, it basically comes in its own bowl!

I’ve been loving my keto meals!! Eggs and bacon, BLT lettuce wraps with Maria’s alfredo sauce, butter mints, and now I’m watching the crock pot make chicken fajitas!! 20 pounds down in two weeks, I can only imagine what this will do for our family in the long run! The only big thing I miss is pizza, so these would be an amazing addition to our meal plan! My toddler would even eat these! YUM!

These pizzas are so good, alot of the homemade crust just has too much dairy/cheese for me since I am dairy sensative. The “supreme” or protein with veggies has less cheese so I can eat it and it doesnt bother me…yay! Something I will keep on hand…would love to win!

I prep cauliflower mashed potatoes and cauliflower rice on Sundays for the week. Have proportioned bags of meat in the freezer. All hubby has to do is throw meat with some Mrs. dash in pressure cooker and heat up some of the cauliflower of choice easy and doesn’t heat up the kitchen on hot days.

These look amazing! On a super busy night my family loves to make salads! I will put all ingredients on the counter and the kids can add what they like! Meats cheeses and an array of veg! Easy peasy lemon squeezey!

I’m new to this but a current favorite is baked cheese. It can be cheddar or parmesan; both are good. I’ve put red pepper flakes on them and basil and garlic, but plain are great too!

Burgers, make burgers ahead and freeze. Then grab one and throw in a bowl add bacon or cheese microwave and add pickles. We eat burger bowls all the time.

My favorite go-to is chicken thighs. Pop a few in the oven and let them bake away. Pair with creamed spinach and it’s good eating.
But…..I would love to try these pizzas! Back “in the day” a frozen pizza would be our go-to meal and we miss it. Having a healthy substitute would be amazing!

I would love to win this!!! I am new to Keto and do not know of any prepackaged Keto friendly foods. I don’t have any elaborate favorite Keto meals. Actually I am getting quite bored with food since I am not creative in coming up with things and I don’t really like to cook much. I used to eat everything prepackaged and it made life easier for me. This lifestyle is a bit hard but I have not cheated once in the 3 1/2 weeks that I have been strictly Keto. I would love some recommendations for prepackaged foods.
I would love to win these pizzas! We miss pizza! We have been eating grain free for almost 7 months. I have lost 22 lbs and my blood work is getting better. I feel great ! I would like to lose 15- 20 more pounds by the end of the year.
i bought a whole box of these. the crusts stay very soggy! the taste is very good and i know its not a real pizza but to have such a wet soggy, crust and have a soaked wet pizza isn’t worth the great expense that i bought these at. Manufacturer just said sorry and that was it. taste is good though the ingredients are good but i can have that taste and those ingredients without that great expense.
